Email documents 

to third parties 

 

Forget postage, printing and stuffing envelopes (and 

the delay before the third party receives it).  BIP can 

produce impressive looking documents and email 

them directly to your third parties. 

Arthur used to spend half a day a month stuffing 300 statements 

into envelopes.  Moreover, on occasions where he wanted to 

hold off sending a statement, he spent a further few hours 

removing these customers’ statements from the pile. 

Now Arthur just hits the button to send all the statements (those 

not to be sent out are automatically suppressed).  Moreover, 

since it takes so little time he now sends a statement run every 

week so that all customers receive a statement every month and 

within one month of their first transaction.

6i.  BIP is versatile, agile and dramatically cuts down the 

time to specify, develop and implement new reports.  

Long cycles of report requirement specifications, 

misunderstandings, testing and re-work are a thing of 

the past. 

When the organisation was implementing Oracle, Sonja 

spent ten days writing the justification a new set of reports.  

Now that Oracle BIP has been implemented, it actually 

takes less time for her to implement the reports than to 

write a business justification

information they need, when they need it, and in the
